THE SOUTH FLORIDA CRIME COMMISSION (S.F.C.C.) IS AN INDEPENDENT, NON-PARTISAN, NON-POLITICAL COUNCIL SUPPORTING THE IDEA THAT EVERY CITIZEN SHOULD BE INVOLVED IN CRIME PREVENTION AND INVOLVED IN THE INFRASTRUCTURE THAT IS CHARGED WITH PROTECTING THE PUBLIC.
The Criminal Justice Assistance Council (CJAC) of the South Florida Crime Commission (SFCC) comprises senior members who play a pivotal role in addressing crime trends within the region. By fostering strong liaisons with law enforcement leaders, the CJAC effectively develops programs that the SFCC can pursue. This ensures that the SFCC's funds are allocated efficiently, targeting the most pressing challenges faced by the criminal justice system in South Florida. Their collaborative efforts are crucial in enhancing the efficacy of crime prevention and law enforcement initiatives, ultimately contributing to the safety and well-being of the community.
